Dear Members,

Considering the reduction of Covid19 infection rate, we would like to propose to organise our annual picnic on 27th February 2022 (Normally we celebrate on 26th January every year), as per the following details.

• Safety : While BPG will try it’s level best to conduct picnic in a contact less manner, following all govt norms, members should evaluate the associate risk and only then participate in this program.

• Venue :  Hill Top Farm, Farm No A2/2, Ansal Arravali, Near Pathway World school, Gurugaon

• Transport : Self transportation, however those who require Transportation arrangements may contact  the Picnic Coordinator. 

• Schedule : Please reach venue by 10-00AM, Break fast 10-00AM to 11-00AM, Mid day Tea/snacks – 12-00 Noon, Lunch 2-45 PM, Evening Tea – 5-330 PM, Group Photo 5-45PM, Leave the ground : 6-30PM.

• Menu : Break Fast : Luchi, Alur Sabji, Misti, Cha. Mid Day Snacks : Tea, Veg Pakora, Chicken Pakora. Lunch : Bhat, Baguni, Mug Dal, Fulcopy Alu Dalna, Rui/Katla Mach, Patha Mansho, Chatney, Misti. Evening : Tea, Biscuits and some surprises.

• Contribution : INR 500.00 per adult, INR 450.00 per Child (5-12 years), kids below 5 years – Nil

• Last date of participation confirmation : 24th February 2022,  Participation will be considered as confirmed once full contribution is received on or before the closure date. 

• Late Confirmation :Participation fee may  increase (up to 20%) if participants confirms their participation after the closure of participation date.

• Activities : Games, Music, Dance etc.
