The most awaited BPG Picnic with the family outing, Food & Fun is scheduled on 5th February 2023 (Sunday). Please reserve your participation with the contribution as mentioned below before it closes.

Venue: An exclusive lush Green Farm House at the top of a hill near Pathway World School, Gurgaon (approx 22 KM Drive from BPG Puja Ground). Address & Location map will be shared with the registered participants

Transport: Self-transportation, however, BPG will arrange a BUS for Transportation to the picnic venue if the number of participants to avail of the BUS services exceeds 15 nos. Please mention whether you want to avail the BUS services to the Picnic Coordinator while registering your participation

Schedule: Please reach the venue by 10-00 AM, Breakfast 10-00 AM to 11-00 AM, Midday Tea/Snacks – by 12-00 Noon, Lunch 2-by 30 PM, Evening Tea – 5-30 PM, Group Photo 5-45PM, Leave the ground by 6-30PM.

Menu : Breakfast: Peas Kachori, Aloo Dom, Misti and Tea.
            Mid-day snacks: Mixed Pakora, Egg Devil and Tea.
            Lunch: Pulao, Cauliflower Roast, Beguni, Fish, Mutton Kasa ( Chhanar Dalna for those who do not eat Fish and Mutton), Tomato Chutney and Misti.
            Evening: Tea and Biscuits & some surprises

Contribution: Early Bird Contribution is INR 600 per adult if registered by 30th Jan. 2023. Senior Citizens aged 80 years and above and kids below 5 years do not require any Contribution. However, if registered after 30th Jan 2023 then the contribution will be INR 700 per adult

Last date of participation confirmation: 1st February 2023. Participation will be considered as confirmed once the full contribution is received on or before the closure date.
