Dear Members,

We are glad to inform you that a good number of participants have responded to perform in the Rabindra-Nazrul-Dwijendra Sandhya  on 21st May’21 (Saturday) atMP Hall, Power Grid Society, Sector 43, Gurgaon (Near HUDA City Center Metro Station) from 7-30 PM. Our BPG members will showcase their talent with songs, recitations, drama and dance performance

We invite your presence in this Cultural evening along with your family & friends. We intend to finish the Cultural Event by 9-15 PM. Packet Dinner will be served  after the program. Due to the restriction of seating capacity at the venue, members are requested to reach there before 7.30 PM, to be seated on first come first served basis, auditorium gate will be opened from 7.00 PM.

Couple of guidelines for all of us to follow :

• Program will start at sharp at 7.30 PM
•  Packed dinner will be distributed after closure of Cultural programs only for those who are physically present.
•  No foods/snacks or any eatables are permitted inside the auditorium
• Please note that the members need to duly mind their respective kids and small children so as to adhere to a strict “No disturbance” policy once inside the Auditorium. All guests are requested to remain seated throughout the performance.
• Please keep your mobile phone/s on silent mode throughout the performance
• There is very limited parking spaces at the MP Hall. However, plenty of parking is available opposite the entry gate to the Power Grid Township. Guests are requested to plan ahead for travel congestions, the time taken to park.
• Looking forward to celebrate Rabindra-Nazrul-Dwijendra Sandhya together.
