Bangiya Parishad started its journey in 2006 at Sector 56, Gurgaon, Haryana dedicated to create a home away from home for Bengalis in Gurgaon. With a passion that is typically Bengali, we pursue cultural, social, sports and charitable activities with equal enthusiasm. The positive response and affection showered upon us from friends from all regions of India has given us the impetus to grow our d reams and pursuits year on year

What We Do
We celebrate all the Bengali religious festivals and organise cultural events encompassing Bengali and other traditional Indian and contemporary music, drama and dances to promote the understanding of Bengali culture, language and traditions and involve the youth in our various programmes. Being a socially responsible group, we organise Blood Donation Camps every year which see hundreds of units of blood being donated by people from all walks of life

Promote social conscience concerning the problems of developing world .We believe in an all-inclusive approach in event organization and promote the value of volunteer ship. We invite all likeminded Bengalis to come forward, join us and celebrate the forthcoming festivals as you wish with Pride and humility. Come and experience the home feeling away from home.

Volunteerism also sets a good example for your kids and helps the community. It feels good. The satisfaction and pride that come from helping others are important reasons to volunteer. When you commit your time and effort to an organization or a cause you feel strongly about, the feeling of fulfillment can be endless. We the members of Bangiya Parishad, Gurgaon (BPG) find a way for love and volunteer our time to reach out the people in community to help them in whatever way we can do.
We understand it’s important for our community that without volunteers, many of the services and events we wish to in our communities would not be possible. Spending time helping out at local shelters for providing food extending medical help etc provides an important service to the under privileged people in our society.

We have a team of committed men and women who see the logistics, funding and engagement with other NGOs. At all circumstances we try our best to intact our cultural values by conducting all cultural programme.
In fact, one of the most valuable ways a person can practice generosity is by just being generous with their time. We all lead busy lives, and it can be hard to pull ourselves away, but finding the time to do for a community can have a big impact on them and make them feel valued.

We at and Bangiya Parishad, Gurgaon actively get involved in corporate social responsibility events which benefited the children and other under privileged people in our community enormously.
